Jordon operates Singapore's biggest cutting house. We can process up to 1,500 pigs a day at a temperature of 7 degrees centigrade. All pork carcasses are carved up into prime parts and deboned portions in a stringent and hygienic environment.
Besides being the biggest, we are the supplier of choice to top hotels in Singapore as well as numerous restaurants, country clubs, food manufacturers and supermarkets. Our extensive fare runs the gamut of fresh and frozen meat products, cooked items and assorted cured offerings that include ham, sausages, smoked meats and pates.
